Petting Jia: China’s Wing Hong Yang (Photo) showed signs of re -discovering its best shape by receiving men’s singles in the Swiss Open.
World No. 17 Hong Yang, once called the next Lin Dean, struggled to live a permanent life with billing, but he showed signs of his ability when he defeated World No. 31 French Christo Popov 21-18, 21-3 in the final in Basel on Sunday.
The 25 -year -old man was under control throughout the match and went with a win in 47 minutes.
It was Hong Yang’s first title after winning the China Open last September.
“In the past several months, a detailed analysis of my performances has ended in the past several months,” said Hong Yang in a post -match match with Badminton World Federation (BWF).
“I’ve gained new knowledge and skills in recent tournaments, which helped me become champions again.”
Papov had relieved Hong Yang’s team’s partner and world number 6 Lee Sheffing for the past four days ago after staggering China.
Meanwhile, China also obtained three more titles through Chen Yafi (women’s singles), Jia Yifan Zhang Shokasian (women’s doubles) and Feng Yanzie Vexon (mixed doubles).
Yifi defeated Denmark’s line Kjaersfeldt 21-17, 21-17 and won his first honor after a five-month hiatus last month after a competitive return.
It was a pleasure to both of them, along with both Yafan Shokin and Yanzie Yakson, when they claimed their first crowns together.
In the men’s doubles, it was also the first title for Thailand’s Dikhapol Poornoco-Kynopong Cadrean when the pair struggled hard to beat Indonesia’s Shibol Fakri Daniel Marthan 21-15, 18-21, 21-14.
Last month, Thailand Masters was excited to seek revenge from Indonesians after losing them in the semi -finals.
“It was a difficult match, we lost this couple before, but we learned from our defeat and played our powers more this time,” said Dikapol.
