Hockey India on Thursday announced a 24-member Indian men’s hockey team for the European League of FIH Hockey Pro League 2024-25 (Male), which is scheduled to take place in Amstillion, Netherlands and Antorp, Belgium from June 22, 2025.
India will start their European leg with two matches against the Netherlands on June 7 and 9, followed by a double header at Emstalin’s Wagner Stadium on June 11 and 12 after a double header against Argentina. The team will then travel to Antorp to fight Australia on June 14 and 15 before ending its campaign against Belgium on June 21 and 22.

Gorjant Singh, Abhishek, Shalanand Lakra, Mandeep Singh, Lalit Kumar Upadhyay, Dilpreet Singh and Sukhjit Singh will be the attack on India.
The duties of drag flicking will be shared with captain Hermanprit and Jogger with the choice of Shilanand, in which Shilanand will serve as a backup during penalty corners.

India played a domestic leg of FIH Hockey Pro League 2024-25 (male) earlier this year, where they scored fifteen points with five wins in eight games and are now third in the points table. Talking about the selection of the squad, Indian men’s team’s chief coach Craig Filton said, “We wanted a little more experience in the squad this time and I am really happy with this choice.
