Former head coach Rahul Dravid refuses to take extra rupees. 2.5 crore that Rohit Sharma’s team was giving it to the BCCI after winning the T20 World Cup.

Former India cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has pointed out how Rahul Dravid decided not to get more prize from his fellow support staff after the T20 World Cup win, surprisingly, whether Gautam Gambhir announced a huge amount of money after the Champions Trophy.
Gavaskar asked if he would follow his predecessor, Dravid, refusing to take more than other members of the Gambhir support staff.
How much award is being given to Gambhir and the rest of the support staff is not known.
“After the ICT Twenty20 World Cup wins and the board’s prize, the then coach Rahul Dravid, who was a team man, refused to accept more than his coaching staff members and shared it equally with his colleagues.” Sport star.
“It’s been fifteen days since the BCCI announced the Champions Trophy prizes, but we have not heard from the current coach whether they too will be drained or not. Or is that Dravid, in this example, is not a good role model?” Gavaskar asked.
Gavaskar supported the BCCI for the beneficiary players who won the eight -way Champions Trophy. Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the tournament earlier this month.
