“We are inclined to appoint an inquiry commission to investigate the affairs of the Kabaddi Association because in addition to sports activities, all kinds of things are happening in these institutions,” said the bench.
Extra Solicitor General KM Nataraj, who appeared for the center, said according to the bench of the February 4, saying that the players were sent to Iran for the tournament, where they were becoming the winner and won the gold medal.

As far as the CBI investigation is concerned, Natiraj said, the methods are being followed.
He tried two more weeks to work on it, after which the bench said that he would inquire about the affairs of all states and international sports associations in the country and dissolve them if needed.
The High Court allowed several former players and current players’ intervention requests to give suggestions for the work of sports associations and the need for investigation and posted the hearing four weeks later.
On February 6, the top court asked the AKFI administrator and former judge SP Gragg to give his elected governing body in charge to allow the players to participate in the game program, which was scheduled to begin in Iran on February 20.
The High Court was hearing the petition of Priyanka and Pooja, which was directed by Akifi – unattended by the International Kabaddi Federation – to send them to the Asian Kabaddi Championship.
Earlier, the center was instructed to look for diplomatic channels to resolve the dispute in connection with the identification of sports associations, extremely immediately the Cabbi Federation of India.
